VT Ship Launch

Working alongside colleagues from Richmond Event Management – EnTEEtainment handled the production and creative delivery of a unique naming ceremony for VT Shipbuilding. HMS Clyde was officially named on 7 September 2006 at HM Naval Base, Portsmouth. Destined for duties off the Falkland Isles, she was named amidst a truly spectacular ‘son et lumiere’ which sought to seamlessly blend the traditional ceremonial aspects with the magic of special effects lighting, lasers and pyrotechnics all to a thrilling musical soundtrack – the likes of which had never been seen before by the assembled audience.
