The Magic of Christmas

Operations Management for this 'critically acclaimed' event hosted by the NEC, Birmingham for 10 days leading up to Christmas. Tens of thousands of visitors joined Petal, the cheeky Christmas tree fairy, on an enchanted adventure to the Magical Village where Father Christmas was running out of Christmas Magic. The adventure started in the Stately Entrance Hall of Lord and Lady Poopdeck Widdle, where Petal received a call from Father Christmas requesting help. With a little bit of fairy dust, Petal transformed the fireplace into a portal to the Magical Village. On their journey visitors met with Lester the Elf and were checked to see if they had been naughty or nice. Then having seen Boris in the Toy workshop, they met Father Christmas himself and were welcomed into his Magical Village featuring a Christmas Market, spectacular stage shows and range of rides and attractions... 'and we know it's true......'
